Anyone starting to use Exosomes in their practice? What is your experience?

Dear Dr. Alinsod. In your Forever Beautiful webinar, you preferred RF over laser for vaginal tightening / Rejuvenation. Is there a preference of monopolar over quadripolar probes or the other way around? On another note is the questionnaire you mentioned where patients fill it out upon their 1st visit available on the website? Thank you.

I prefer monopolar in most instances as it has the deepest penetration. However, for the purpose of vaginal tightening, they all work about the same. The unipolar at frequencies below 1 MHz can have the potential benefit of reducing OAB and perhaps improving genital sensitivity. I am sorry to just see this question now. I will post the webinar called “Synergy of Energy and Biologics for the Leaky Bladder” this week go to the search bar and look for this title. Personally, I find RF superior to lasers for a GYN practice. It just can do more. Having both is also good!
